The team here have always been super good with our dog - despite having surgery here she's still happy to come in to see the vet and nurses!

Have used Orchard for 20 years and was a bit concerned when they changed ownership. But I needn't have worried as the surgery is still as good as it was and my animals still get good care.
When my dog was poorly and needed to be put to sleep, the care was brilliant, we had a very stressful situation and we all felt well cared for. We even received a sympathy card well timed around 2-3 weeks afterwards. We now have a new puppy who had a fantastic time at the puppy party.
The staff are always helpful and polite on the phone. The nurses are always thorough and happy to explain everything! I totally trust them with my pets.
