Looked after our dogs for over 20 years now, all very helpful but always running late, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes after your appointment
I arrived at 10:55 for my cats' appointment at 11, but I was still sitting there waiting at 11:15. I can understand delays, but no-one thought to check the situation for me and let me know.When my cats were seen, the vet was attentive, caring and thorough and what I had gone there for my cats was all completed. I was still, however, left unimpressed.Perhaps it was just this one occasion as previous visits have left me feeling great about the place.
Fantastic vets, happy to help and advise. I can't fault how happy my timid dogs have been going there! Highly recommend.
