Lovely tea rooms. A treat to have tea in a pot with cup and saucer. Cakes always lovely. Sitting outside in the summer is wonderful A very quaint, secluded, scented walled garden makes it a total relaxing pleasure.

Full of history and a mysterious architectural hotchpotch.

A lovely little tea room. Unfortunately not much variety of cakes. Breakfast options a little better.

Beautiful little house and garden tucked away in centre of Romsey, local history.

Turned up then charged 4.00 for a yearly admission so for a one off visit I have been charged 365 times over the odds then.... Why do I have to pay for a yearly admission - Was it worth it - - No not at all. Was it worth a visit yes but maybe 1:00 on the day for the day. Will I be back NO as been, see so why would I
