Great place. Had a heating issue in our room so moved us easily. Would definetley stay again. Great priced food at the hungry horse attached. Although we didn't visit we were told it's local to Peppa pig world so handy location too.
Wasn't happy about the cleanliness of the room and the state of maintenance, a lot of problems in the bathroom. Overall we got what we paid for, the breakfast was included but took ages to arrive and portions were small, although we could have ordered more, someone should have said that a 'portion' of bacon was 1 piece for example.
Comfy beds and clean. Would recommend
Excellent hotel. Currently being refurbished or extended. This does not stop them though. Staff were very happy and polite
