I have used used Fred and Matt for a few years now, first with a bespoke kitchen and then fitted wardrobes and bespoke furniture. I would recommend them to anyone a first class service .

Matt and Fred have done a number of improvements in our house - new kitchen, utility room, oak stairs, flooring and much more. They are always very professional, courteous and work to a very high standard. You won't find anyone better.
We have used Matt and Fred for many years and they have transformed our home .Bespoke kitchen ,wooden flooring , fitted wardrobes ,wall panelling,a bar cabinet with fridge and lighting and more recently a granite dining table top .Matt always listens provides his advice whilst making sure your ideas are considered .If you want good service and a fabulous end result go to Journeys End - you will not be disappointed. I would fully recommend this company as their customer service and end product is always exemplary.Over the years the business has grown based on recommendations which speaks for itself.
Customer service is Appalling!!! After placing a large order for chairs . 1 broke whilst a customer was sitting on it! Contacted customer service and was told the chair would be collected . 8 months later the problem was still not rectified . So after contacting the company again was told ' we haven't been to that area yet ' REALLY??? AFTER 8 MONTHS !! would no sooner use this company than put my head in the fryer. Can't believe how short sighted they are!! Their loss!!
