My experience was different to say the least. First of all the staff did not look approachable. If their name was a day of the week its definitely monday. In the distance I saw a customer get turned into stone by a staff members horrible stare when approached. That couldve been me but luckily I was just standing debating whether cottage cheese went better with wheat crackers or ryvita. The yard floor was an absolute mess with dust everywhere. It was very unfortunate that this visit I didnt need some bags of dust as it wouldve helped them out massively! I only came in for some wood and before you know it I had to physically restrain a staff member to the ground.....think his name was Tyson? The guy wanted to know if I wanted decking for god sake I mean COME ON IM A CUSTOMER! So I took things into my own hands as I felt threatened. So will I come here again? No not until they make their tonne bags of ballast lighter as I put my back out trying to walk out of the branch with it!
