Very rude scotish lady greeted me and my friend at the ticket office. She belitled us and called us children for laughing when she cane out of nowhere and scared us. I felt very uncomfortable and patronised.
Friendliest train staff I've met s/o to Paul. lost my phone on a train, staff were quick and helpful in locating it.
My bike was stolen from here and they were no help. So screw them

Has been my local station for as long as I can remember and although it has improved a lot, improvements could still be made. The ticket machine is often out of service and as train staff leave early, that can leave you stuck. The toilets are also locked early. A ticket machine on both platforms would be nice but at least the current one has contactless now!
