I had a few questions before ordering some stuff through their website. I used the chat window and spoke with Laura who was really helpful and answered all my questions with no fuss. I had another reason to contact them again today and again received a quick response to my questions. Having placed the order I have been kept up to date on delivery etc and am more than happy with Skates.co.uk and their service. All my previous orders have been fulfilled to the same high standard, great company.

My son scoots a lot and we've always had prompt delivery of anything we've ordered. When a part failed they arranged for its replacement with a minimum of fuss.
Led to believe I was getting the right scooter for my son, to then find out that it can not be cut down to suit his height, after purchase. We now have a 200 scooter that cannot be used or sent back as there is a small scratch on it. The only height given is the handlebar height. How is anyone supposed to know of that is the sufficient height required??
