This is the second time I will be letting my property through Morris Dibben. The team are brilliant. Highly professional, excellent and responsive service and likeable with it. Great marketing photos of my house. I have complete trust in them. I cannot recommend enough. Nick, my main contact, is exemplary in his approach and gives me great assurance that my property is in the right hands. Thank you guys for all your help.
.Having let a property from Morris Dibben ( Romsey) for a number of years now, I can honestly say some of the worst people I have ever meet. The rudeness from the staff is unbelievable ( with the exception of Nick), they treat you like a 3rd class citizen. They turn up to your property unannounced, even tho you tell them we would want to be present at all visits to the property. They do not get any repair works completed, even after 3 years of chasing them on some items. They don't get back to you when you ask them to do so on some items. Leaving request till the last day of the tenancy. I do not normal post such poor reviews, but I feel that I have to on this case. I just feel sorry for Nick, who has to work in such an unprofessional environment.
From a tenants point of view I would only recommend dealing with Nick Harris and Kim Long who are friendly, helpful and professional. Our later experience with Kim Gray was quite the opposite with continual and unnecessary problems and twice we had to correct her on contractual matters! We have now bought a house and fortunately we will never have to rent again.
I have continued to remain a Landlord of Morris Dibben for over 15 years & and the team have always provided a professional & efficient service. Throughout the Company changes the core staff have remained dedicated to maintaining the high standard they are renowned for. I would highly recommend using their services if you are considering letting your property.
