Iain has been brilliant - I had an awkward case, and he did a lot of chasing up for me, even though it was a small mortgage. Great value, too - other providers were quoting me an arm & a leg for the same service whilst he's been very reasonable.
Matthew was incredible at dealing with my Mortgage. Not only did he find me a great offer, but he also put in a lot of extra time to fight my corner with what turned out to be quite a disgraceful new-build developer that I was dealing with. Being self employed doesn't make it easy when trying to get a mortgage. Matthew's knowledge of the market and advice around repayment options was extremely helpful.
