I am not comfortable in hair salons but forced myself to make an appointment. Being disabled, it was a tad difficult to find the route through to Hairlounge and I walked much too far but should have asked at the front desk. My fault. On departing, I ended up down in the swimming pool so the the complex is indeed somewhat complex! As for the standard and service, I cannot fault it. Sally is clearly very experienced and seemed to know what I wanted without my garbled attempts at explaining. The standard of cut was visible immediately and my hair has been so much easier to manage. I shall be going back next week. Very competitive price and a professional approach
Best hairdresser in the South. Don't be put off by its' being above a swimming pool. It is a great salon
