I have belonged to several gyms over the years, but this is the only one I have ever regularly attended, and I have been a member for several years now. This is due to the individual rooms, time slots and always having a member of staff on hand to help. I also attend the Pilates Classes which are not too large and have fabulous instructors. I would highly recommend this gym and the people who work there.
This is a great place to keep fit. Private fully equipped gyms with helpful and friendly staff. Pilates and other classes also available along with personal training sessions. Good value to with flexible payment options.
As someone in my late 40s, I was horrified at the prospect of two major knee operations. I decided to seek alternative therapies. Within 6 months of personal training at Wellow Fitness Centre, I have gone from rehab to my first 10k race and I no longer need the surgery. I have found the team to be professional, facilities excellent and environment friendly. It has changed my life and I would recommend it to others.
I have been at Wellow Fitness Centre for quite a few years now. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful and always willing to listen. individual needs are assessed and programmes set. You can work as hard as you like. No-one judges or criticises. You can work on your own with the equipment or in a group for Pilates and the like. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
