Great gym, Amy and her team of personal trainers are all really friendly and really know what they're talking about! Plenty of equipment and never so packed you have to wait to get on a machine.
I am so glad I found SO51 Gym! It's a friendly and affordable gym. There's a good range of equipment and it has never been too busy so I can always access the equipment I want / need. It's always clean. The gym staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and approachable. Amy is currently helping me to lose weight and tone up for my wedding with weekly PT sessions which are always fun but challenging. I would highly recommend SO51 Gym to anyone - Amy and her team will make you feel welcome and will help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be!
A very affordable, well equipped gym with ample free parking. Not so busy you cant get on equipment but great atmosphere and community at the same time.
