Absolutely appalling service! It is such a shame that I did not read the reviews before using them as I could have saved myself this horror! Please do not order from them....they never delivered my order and then sent me an email saying they will process the refund which I have not received yet. I have never experienced such a pathetic service ever. If I dont get my money back in the next 2 days, will surely report them.

I ordered a 'luxury' size bunch of flowers for my Mum for mothers day and what arrived was definitely not luxury.What arrived was the standard bunch of flowers from the picture when I have paid for double the size, so so disappointing.You wouldn't pay for a pair of trousers and expect them to have one leg missing, so unacceptableFirst and last time I'll be ordering flowers from here.I'm interested to see if I get refunded the difference or if the other half of the flowers will be delivered at some point and if I receive any compensation for this awful service.
Amazing same day delivery if ordered before 3pm. Arrangement f flowers was beautiful! Would recommend as had problems with other well known florists that cant do same day delivery.
