Plenty of parking and a very friendly service. They do have a pharmacy in the building but I am not sure what you get from them as I have to get mine from town!Plenty of seats and a self log-in screen so you don't need to disturb the busy staff.Always running late but get cross (quite rightly) if you are late. The reception staff are always nice, the doctors equally so.
Helpful and realible staff
I needed to get a GP at Alma Road to fill in a travel insurance claim form for an elderly relative. Awful service from start to finish whilst being spoken to in the rudest manner by every member of staff I came across. Glad it's not my surgery.
Awful service from this surgery, turned up for my appointment 10 minutes late due to to Romsey being grid locked got turned away even though the places is empty. I have just had emergency surgery and needed to see a doctor for advice and medication. Absolute disgrace. Treatment like this puts our NHS Services to shame. What makes this 10times worse is he place is completely empty had I had to wait to be seen would not have been a problem
So pleased i moved to Alma Road Surgery. I've felt listened to here. Doctors I've seen have been empathetic and always taken my concerns seriously.
