I have been to Greatbridge mechanics twice now. They have been excellent both times. They have been flexible even when I called needing an urgent fix. They also drove my car to my house after a service as I live locally and couldn't line my shift work up with their opening hours. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service again from all at Greatbridge Motors. MOT fail but communication was amazing, they even took the time to put the car on the ramp to show me the issues. My car was completed within a few hours and the friendly staff even collected me from home so I could pick up my car! THANK YOU.
Wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff have been brilliant with my cars over the years The only garage I feel reassured that the work done will be both 100% in both workmanship and price. Had a problem recently with my car which I need for work, they went out of their way to ensure the car was repaired as quickly as possible for me
Excellent service as always by the team there. Always courteous and fun, it makes the worries of owning a car a little easier to know you can always rely on their help and professionalism. I note the recent Google reviews and would suggest these are not reflective of the service at Greatbridge, look at the previous reviews to those, seems like sensationalism. I have been taking my various cars to the garage for 25 years and would always rate highly and I would be happy to personally vouch. Had a nasty tyre blow out a few days ago and everyone jumped to help. You will not get a better service in the area.
