Purchased 2 cars from EA in recent weeks. Both in great condition and suited our purposes well. Had to take one back with a slight issue, which although wasnt necessarily a warranty issue, they fixed it without question or quibble. Excellent customer service. Cannot have chosen a better dealership to purchase from. Will be returning customers.

Bought a car from EA it was a 90 mile 3 hour round trip. The car we were told was serviced before we collected it, 20 miles in on our journey home, engine management light came on and lost all power. Rang EA as it came with a warranty, you will have to have it recovered here so we can look at it. Got a quote of 200 to get it flat bedded to them. So booked it into local garage that we have used for years, they gave it a good going over. In their opinion its not been serviced in years, one spark plug was so loose it literally fell out when they pulled the HT lead off it. Also throttle body was shot (a common problem with these cars) the air con wasnt working so we had it regarded, a week later, no air con, booked it back into the garage, has a leak, got to leave it for a day for an end to end pressure leak test. Found out the car had come from an auction. So save yourself a few grand and buy one from auction at least then yourll have some money to fix it. The after sales service sucks. Seeking legal advice under consumer protection laws.
