Fantastic! Firstly called Karen to book our bike hire for the following day. Lost reception and Karen called us back 10 minutes later. Bikes were booked in for 10am the next day. Dead on 10am the bikes were delivered to our accommodation. Decent Scott bikes and in good condition. Comes with maps, pump, puncture repair kit and 3 inner tubes in a small rucksack. The chap was very knowledgeable about routes and gave us some advice. Best part, was that we were struggling to get back in time for the bike pick up as we had bitten off more than we could chew and got a little lost! We called Karen who was very understanding and said to take our time and they would pick up in the morning instead. Great service and very lovely person! Also 15 for the day for a standard mountain bike....cheapest we could find. Thanks Trax cycle hire!!
Fantastic service. Dropped off and picked up from Ashurst campsite where we were staying. Bike was more than up to the beautiful forest tracks around Lyndhurst and Brokenhurst. Came with a bike helmet, puncture repair kit, and pump. Fortunately didn't need to use the latter two :)Highly recommended
Fantastic service! We as a family have used them for 2 years running on our camping trips and they have never let us down. Delivered to the camp site and picked up at the end of our stay. Great value for money! A+++
Bikes were delivered and collected on time. Decent price 15 per day per person. Responsive to a problem we had with one of the derailiers by delivering a replacement bike within the hour giving us a chance to have a pint in a pub!
Excellent service from start to finish! No need to drive to a bike hire place, find somewhere to park your car for the day and wait to be served... Phone up and order your bikes (they ask for your heights to ensure the correct size bike is supplied) then delivered straight to the campsite in the morning (on time!), adjusted to fit each person in the group and supplied with locks, pump, repair kit and map. Very new bikes! Collected that evening at the agreed time. It is rare that I ever leave a review, but this family business know what it takes to offer a great service. Highly recommend to anyone camping or staying in hotels in the new forest. What could be easier? Bikes suitable for the new forest cycle trails delivered to your door and collected when you are finished for the day. Simple, efficient and caring.
